KILMOGANNY BRIDGE CLUB: The results of Wednesday 25th October: 1st: Jackie Kenneally & Rita Townsend; 2nd:  Nellie Lahart & Emer Wallace; 3rd: Grace Landy & Elizabeth Lanigan. Bridge takes place each Wednesday at 8.00 p.m. in St. Eoghan’s Centre, Kilmoganny. Visitors are always welcome.

MASS FOR DECEASED: A special mass for deceased parishioners and relatives of parishioners of the Parish of Dunamaggan will be celebrated on Friday 10th November at 7.30 p.m. in St. Leonard’s Church, Dunamaggan. Each family will receive a candle in memory of their loved ones. These candles will be lit and brought in procession to the altar before the offertory.


 


THE MASSES FOR THE FEAST OF ALL SOULS on Thursday 2nd November will be celebrated in St. Leonard’s Church, Dunamaggan at 9.30 a.m., in St. Joseph’s Home, Kilmoganny at 12.10 p.m. and in St. Eoghan’s Church, Kilmoganny at 7.00 p.m.


 


KELLS HANDBALL CLUB: In the All Ireland Final of the U12/13 60 x 30 team, Kilkenny defeated Cork on a scoreline of 80 – 54.  The Kells participants were Harry Delaney and Joseph Prendergast, along with Kyle Jordan, Conor Holden, David Holden (Kilfane), Michael Brennan and Luke Flannigan (Clogh) and Ronan O’Brien (Windgap). Congratulations and very well done to all who participated.
