KELLS Five-Year Action Plan

Work has been ongoing on developing a Five-Year Action Plan for the Village of Kells for the past number of months.
A public meeting is being held this THURSDAY DECEMBER 6th 2018 at 8:00pm to present the latest draft of the Plan

The meeting will be held in Kells Hall.
