Mullins Mill Kells are holding a French themed  Food and Craft Fair on Sunday 14th July Bastille day.  We have over 20 traders with lots of Food and Crafts.  Kells Tidy Town Group will be having their annual Barbecue Kiddies activities and much more to do in Kells on the day

Kells Handball Club Report to July 7th 2019: The 10th Annual Wall Ball Tournament was held in Windgap on 7th July 2019.  The Men’s B entries were Frank Manogue (Kells), Shane Walsh (Windgap), Dan Breen (Kells) and Donal O’Farrell (Kells). The Men’s B was played as Round Robin, 15 minute timed games, and the player with the most aces declared the winner. Frank Manogue came out on top as the eventual winner of the Men’s B singles.  Congratulations and well done.



Cemetery Masses will take place in the new cemetery in Kilmoganny on Friday 12th July; in Kilmoganny's old cemetery on Saturday 13th July, usual Saturday evening Mass.  On Wednesday  17th July in  Kilree and in Dunnamaggin on Thursday 18th July. All Masses are at 8.00 pm.


Dunnamaggin Parish Community Gathering: the third comminity gathering of the summer took place last Saturday in The Old School, Dunnamaggin.  Adam Connery won the children's art competition with a beautifully coloured in picture.  Lots of Tea, Coffee, Cakes and Chats.  The next Gathering takes place after 10am mass on Sunday July 21st.  The Friday before July 19th there will be 'Music in Townsends' from 9pm, make sure both dates are in the diary. 


Relay for Life Kilkenny are extending an open invitation to any person who has ever heard the words "You have Cancer" to be part of our event on Saturday July 20th from 3pm at Kilkenny Rugby Club.  You will be part of the Survivor group at Relay.  Registration is free and commences at 2pm.   


Relay for Life is a 24hr community event which Celebrates people who have survived a cancer diagnosis, Remembers those lost to the disease and brings the community together to Fight Back. Relay for Life brings family, friends and community together reminding us over the 24hrs that cancer does not sleep but we are all there to help and support each other in this fight.


Annual Dunnamaggin GAA Golf Classic The Dunnamaggin Gaa Annual Golf Classic will be held on Friday 26th & Saturday 27th July in Callan Golf Club. 'Keeping it Delightful' Kilmoganny Community Coffee Morning


Tuesday 30th July 10.30 am. to 1.00 pm. Kilmoganny Community Centre. Everyone is welcome.  Have a clear out and donate your unwanted delightful items to the recycle table and pick up the things you would like to take home with you. Take part in the  'Snakes and Ladders' or 'Ludo' challenge or put in a few pieces in the community jigsaw.  Donations accepted and all money raised will be given to the Kilmoganny L'Arche Community. Come along and help to build community.
