Kilmoganny Football Club will hold its A.G.M. on this Friday night 7th January in St. Leonard’s Hall, Dunamaggan. The Dunamaggan Hurling Club will hold its A.G.M. the same evening. The first A.G.M. will take place at 7.30 p.m.. All members of the clubs and senior players are invited to attend.

Kilmoganny Bridge Club will hold Bridge classes for beginners commencing on Wednesday 26th January. They will continue for 10 successive Wednesdays in St. Eoghan’s Centre, Kilmoganny at 8.00 p.m. each evening. The cost of the 10 lessons is €20 which includes tea etc. No previous card playing is necessary. For further details contact 087 – 2257498. Wednesday evening Bridge resumes in St. Eoghan’s Centre on this Wednesday 5th January after the Christmas break.

The Feast of the Epiphany on this Thursday 6th January will be marked by Masses on the 5th January in St. Eoghan’s Church, Kilmoganny at 7.00 p.m. and in St. Leonard’s Church, Dunamaggan at 8.00 p.m. Masses on Thursday 6th will be in St. Eoghan’s Church, Kilmoganny at 9.30 a.m. and in St. Leonard’s Church, Dunamaggan at 11.00 a.m.

The History of Dunamaggan Group will hold their next meeting in St. Eoghan’s Centre, Kilmoganny on next Tuesday 11th January at 8.00 p.m.. The editing process of material has begun so the committee would like anyone who has any material, photographs, documents etc. which they would consider relevant to contact any member of the committee or attend the meeting. Any material related to the social history of the parish is of particular relevance.
