Intervarities 2013
Kells player John Fitzgerald representing UL was a member of the winning team in the All Ireland Intervarsities final picking up the B Team title in the 40x20 court. Having been a member of the A 60x30 UL team that lost the Open final to WIT six weeks ago, John capped off a great year off by beating UCC and UL2.



Interclub 2013 -Kells Junior Interclub team Leinster champions and All Ireland finalists
In the Leinster final the Kells team overcame Crinkle of Offaly to be crowned Leinster Champions. In the All Ireland semi final played in Kingscourt, Co. Cavan Kells defeated Curraghboy, Roscommon by the narrowest of margins of one ace to qualify for the All Ireland final later that day. In the final unfortunetaly they lost out to last years beaten finalists Brackey from Tyrone. The Kells team was made up of Brendan Burke, Diarmuid Burke, Anthony Martin and Ger Mcgrath
