MOUSE RACING FOR KILLAMERY


A major novel fundraiser for "Windgap Community projects" is planned for the Auld House, Killamery on March 22nd 2014. For the first time mouse racing comes to the that end of the parish.


The "Windgap the future" event run in association with Windgap development group are planning this major event in order to kick off the playground and community hall funding.


Race cards have distributed throughout the parish and beyond, and is hoped that all households in the Windgap and Tullahought areas can contribute to this community effort. First prize from advance sales is a €350 cash sum, in addition to many more large cash and other prizes.


A great evenings entertainment is promised with music and food. Tote betting available during the night. The event kick off early at 8 pm as a full race card is planned.
