Well done to local lads Michael Cody, Eoghan Kearney and Victor Costello who were on the Victorious St.Kieran's College panel who defeated Thurlas CBS in the All-Ireland final on Easter Saturday.


Fun Table Quiz
A Big thank you to all who attended the Table Quiz on Thursday night In aid of the adult hurling club it was a great night and a big success. Well done to Gerry O'Neill and the Kelly Clan who just pipped the Reid team in the tie breaker. A big thank you also to Dunphys bar,Kilmoganny,all Raffle prize sponsors and David Herity for organising it.



U16 Shield Success


Congratulations to the U16 hurlers who won the shield final recently in the Piltown tournament. Well done to the U14 Footballers who won the U14A league in Danesfort today. Defeating them on a scoreline of 4-10 to 1-6. Feile Skills Competition Winner


Well to Kieran Buckley who won the club u14 feile skills competition. Kieran will represent Dunnamaggin GAA club in co finals in Nowlan park Friday.


Nursery Programme for Ladies Gaelic Football Commences


Training for the Nursery Group commences on Saturday 11th April from 10.15am at Dunnamaggin GAA grounds.It is open to girls from school going age to u8s (who are not already participating in Gaelic4Girls).The main aim of the nursery is to introduce girls to Gaelic Football in a fun, safe and relaxed environment and it's ethos is 'to learn skills while having fun'.New members are very welcome. Membership fees are €20 per child (under 10) and €35 for over 10s. Email dunnaladiesgfc@gmail.com or Facebook message for further details.Please note mouthguard and boots must be worn.


Historic Week for Dunnamaggin LGFC


The under 12s had the honour of being the very first team to represent the ladies gaelic football club when they participated in the Clara blitz on Saturday 28th March 2015. There was great excitement in the dressing room before the first match at the arrival of the new club jerseys just in the nick of time. Teams from across the county took part with Dunnamaggin facing Kilkenny City Green, Erin’s Own, Clara and Kilkenny City Navy. The girls played their hearts out and did the club proud on what was a very successful first outing.Panel:- Laura Davis, Rachel Doherty, Níamh Walsh, , Ciara Mulhall, Isobel Johnston, Amy Fennelly, Aoibhinn Malzard, Hannah Persse, Dawn Hayes, Shannon Wall, Megan Fallon, Aideen Hickey, Sarah Deegan, Monica Diaz, Faye Lanigan.


Friday 3rd April was another momentous occasion with the under 14s having the privilege of playing the clubs first ever home game in Dunnamaggin in what was a competitively fought challenge match against Piltown. Each member of the panel of 19 played her part and there were some great individual displays and scores.
