Mental Health Talk

The health and welfare committee of the Dunnamaggin GAA and LGFC organised a talk on Mental health in St.Eoghan's Centre,Kilmoganny yesterday evening. This was the first of a series of talks/ workshops that the committee are hoping to organise. A special word of thanks to all who attended and especially to the two speakers who were excellent. Those who attended felt the talk was really good and beneficial on learning how to become aware of, prevent and maintain you mental health.Looking forward to the future talks.
