THE ANNUAL VARIETY CONCERT which took place in Dunphy’s Lounge, Kilmoganny on last Saturday 4th June was an outstanding success. Great credit is due to Alycia Kearney as the main organiser of the event. Each year a historical event provides the theme of the night. Many locals of all ages showed the tremendous talent of the area by their contributions. This year the titanic was the theme. The variety included sketches, music, dance and individual performances. The funds raised are in aid of St. Eoghan’s School, Kilmoganny. At the end of the show M.C. Willie Kearney thanked all for their support and wished school principal, Eilish Lanigan, the best wishes in her retirement which commences next September. Chairperson of the Board of Management, Rev.
